I don't think I said I'm pro but I'm pretty good compared to people doing canyons up here... no I'm not legal age to work here either nor drive but I do so anyways because its fun! I do have a job with my mom earning 20 dollars a day and I'm selling some stuff to make money on the side... like my dirtbikes and stuff car parts... Yes I did do the primer with rattle cans for people that have been sending pm's I don't have a spray gun nor a compressor with 3+ gallons because I'm cheap.

I dont have the gauges but I can get some and the dash I have to pull out of the 240sx. But doing the conversion what modifications have to be done?

The rims on the Silvia? Thats not my car... I wish it were I really don't know about those but their 16'' enkei's thats all I know about those rims.

So after my accident 3 weeks ago I had to replace basicly the whole front end so now I have to repaint it! Woot its happy to get a new coat. Wow! This is sort of a stupid question but will the molded dash cover crack? because I have a non cracked dash board and a molded dash cover with a dash cover ha ha. I don't want to take chances with my molded dash cover cracking so yea.

Hey I was wondering if it is possible to put the rear brake system from a ZX to a Z car? If so what will I need to do? Will I need to cut and weld or something?

The whole engine shuts off at random times... the car has a 3 1/2 inch drop, sparco seats/harness, SAFC, boost gauge, momo steering wheel, roll cage, 3 inch piping, 4 wantanabes 16x7 front 16x8 back (not konig rewinds) , falken tires, blow off valve, FMIC, 4 piston front breaks, and rear disc break conversion.

Forgot to add it shuts off at random times.

Hey I've been reading through hybrid Z a lot lately and finally got the guts to register. I think it may be in the wrong thread but I have a question. I have 2 1977 280z's and one 1981 280zx I'm still 14 years old. Well Kind of went out of subject there but is it true 71-73 240z dont need to do smog? If it is, is it also possible to do that in California? Everything is more strict over here so I was wondering, and a friend of mines is selling a 72 240z with an l28et. It just has a stock l28et with FMIC and a BOV, but he is selling it for $5,000 dollars. Is it worth getting?

So the Jasma would be the best muffler out of those two to put on my car? Dominating performance and looks?

I like the first one a bit more just tuck it in a little bit more... its a bit too low and I'm going to lower the rear end. I'm going to put the one people like more.

Ah I'm sorry for not being so specific okay lets see... I was doing a corner at around 40 mph the left wheel flew off. The wheel bent the fender inwards. The wheel went underneath the car's chasis and the wheel bent. The front of my car when high in the air and the wheel hit the back tire. The wheel hitting the back tire made the car go back down and the car went on 2 wheels for a little bit. The disc didn't scrape the thing around it did forgot what it was called. the wheel that flew off I think got bent when it hit the chasis. because it popped my rear tire and the rim had jagged edges. Sorry I cant make it clear Ill try and get the video of when it happened from my friend.

The cops pulled my bro over two times because of his mufflers but to me I don't care I can get 20 fix it tickets and wont bother me but. I need help choosing a muffler! Im only 14 and have to wait 2 years for my lisence though... I can drive like a pro I'm already doing autocross on a 240sx s14 but I did do it once on a 280z but my wheel flew out... and almost flipped...

Well the break rotor is okay but the little shield behind thing is scraped but not that bad... I checked the brake lines yesterday they were okay. I'm going to get steel braided brake lines but dont know where they might sell them for a 280z... I was going pretty slow... around 40-50 miles per hour... if the rim hadn't bent I probally wouldn't have Z anymore because it hit the chasis and then it just flew out...the front end went high in the sky and the back scraped a bit...

Hey when I was taking the fender off of my 280z I unbolted the fender and a damn spring flew off and hit my ear... now I can't find it...

Well I did tighten them but the star formation thing I did probally forgot to bolt one on tight but I dont think one little bolt would make much a diffrence... would it I used a torque gun to tighten them...
