  1. At the moment... I don't know what you mean by FSM, but I get all the rest.
  2. Maybe I'm just not looking well enough, but I can't find a darn thing. I have some NGKs in there now, don't know what kind though. I just want to know what plugs and gaps are good for a 240z with headers, SUs, MSD coil, and a few other things here and there. (Would like to know by tomorrow.) Thanks, Brandon
  3. Well, for right now that will be a good size. I only have a few mods, maybe I'm at 175ish hp. But, like I said, I get the side step when I push the gas hard from 1st to 2nd. AND, thanks for all the help, but I still can't decide on a brand to get...
  4. I am just looking to get a bigger rear tire for better hook ups when I floor it. I don't think that a 215 is going to rub, it's just if it'll fit on my rim. As of now, they hook good, but when I go from 1st to 2nd hard, it gives me the little side step action.
  5. And sorry about the double post... Here is a link to a car that has the same wheels as mine. Well, they look the same. Mine are gold though. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=117481
  6. http://www.megaperformance.com/nexentires.html What about these. They look like they can't handle a bit of rain...
  7. I don't think a 225 will fit... I'm having trouble convincing myself that the 215s will fit.
  8. I have some old school enkei wheels, which right now have 205/60/14s. I want to get some 215/60/14s in the rear, and some 205/60/14s in the front of the same tire. I've been looking through some "tire searches" and can't really find anything. I've searched here, but can't really find anything except for people saying that they have the same set up, just no references. Summary: I want the same brand of tire front and back. Just 215/60/14s in the back, and 205/60/14s in the front. HELP. Thanks.
  9. I don't even know where to get them. I've searched a couple of times, but never really found any good ones that bolt up to the SUs.
  10. Thank you for smashing my dreams. No, but seriously, thanks for that bit of info. I guess I will just make a box of some kind then...
  11. See attached. Some one just build it... PLEASE. (but make it better. LOL) SU intake housing 2.zip
  12. I know, it's the same link to the pump in my thread, I was looking for more elaboration.
  13. My fuel pump has been leaving me nice little puddles of fuel over night. And with as much driving as I do, I need my gas. It's the stock unit for a '73 240z, and I'm talking about the electrical one by the way. Anyways, I'm looking for something that will flow to my 2 SUs and keep them happy, I don't know the flow rates, but I'm guessing no more than 4-5 psi. Is there anything out there that is cheap, but reliable? And can get here shortly? The only thing I can find is this... http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=CRT%2DP60504&N=700+115&autoview=sku But I don't know if it'll do the job. I've never messed with pumps before. Any help will receive thanks.
  14. I have SU's on my '73. I changed them before I drove the car with the flat tops because of all the negatives I've heard. But I have to ask, why are these so bad?
  15. Do you have any good close ups, and regular shots of it in your car Armand? I really like it.
  16. Hey, it's cool to find gys in the A.F. up here. I'm an A.S.T. on the AWACS out of Tinker in jOklahoma.
  17. Well, I was thinking long term, but if you could direct me to the part #'s of the filters you have. (K&N ones) And by the way, I said I don't have a welder, so, I can't do anything. I always have lots of ideas running through my head, but no way to get them physically made. (crys)
  18. I made up a design, but I can't get it on the site. I can't weld, even if I could, I don't have a welder. What I'm looking for is something to get a "ram air"/ cold air intake effect on the dual SU's. If anyone knows of one or thinks they can make one, I'd gladly pay... if it's good quality. Also if anyone wants to see my MS paint design, show me how to get it up here, it's a sorta big picture. Thanks.
  19. When I say stepping out, I mean the body roll... forgive me, it was in the wee hours when I posted this thread. Now that I look at it, I would guess the same thing by "stepping out." But I mean swaying out/rolling outwards. Just body roll.
  20. I want a stock one..... Edit: I guess I'll just go a find a 260 or 280 one. Unless if anyone has one they'd like to sell me. PWEASE.
  21. Cause there is this one getting on I35 here in Joklahoma, that you can get up to atleast 70-80, and it has a slight sweep to it with a small bank that you can carry the speed through. I always feel the rear stepping out, like swaying a bit. Not a real problem, but when the wife yells at you 'cause you forget you aren't allowed to have fun when she is in the car, and complains that it feels like we are going to spin... yeah...
  22. What bar is that? Is it a universal or a custom? Cause I'm looking for a more stockish/CHEAPER way to go about things.
  23. I wanted to know if the 240's, preferably the '73s came with a rear sway bar? I bought mine and it has a front, but no rear. And if they did come with one, which it looks like there are mounting places for, can a 280zx one fit? Or a 280Z? I know I need one hitting the on ramp "quickly." Thanks.
