According to supraforums, the r154 currently has 2 members putting 7xxrwhp on them, if i recall correctly. Every one knows its just a ticking time bomb. As far as clutchs that will hold the power for the r154, ogura(ORC) makes up to a quad-plate clutch. They also say that the soarer r154 are a bit stronger than the US spec mkIII turbo r154's. Something about the larger something. I forgot. I personally went with the getrag, but then again, i got it for a steal. Best of luck with your project.

dont know if it matters, but id rather get a 33 motor. the crank on the 32 has a really short oil drive collar where as the 33/4 is a lot larger. but the 34 has a different cam angle sensor then the 33/2 and different ecu's.

I was going through the same dilemma but i think the 2j takes it. The rb is tough on parts and with the oiling issue it scares me, having spent so much money swapping it in and having it blow, blows. i think the rb without awd comes short if compared to the 2j.

try flat red or the paint red, and not anodizing red...

Paint the entire lip/barrel red and only the center flat black. A lot like this but red...
