  1. Sweet! Thanks gents. Yeah Im all about street and drags...prolly no track time for me so these would be my best bet I think!!
  2. Justin, what does the floor pans look like under that Dynomat? Rust loves floor pans...and firewalls...
  3. Can anyone chime in on the quality of these and if they really dont need anybody mods. I cant tell by the pic how they would bolt up but looks like a good deal for a street strip and maybe just maybe a track day or two or at least the option of some adjustment. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/CTGY/PSDC09 Please advise.....
  4. What about TITANIC? HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA...seriously I really liked that movie..cant wait to see Transformers and Speed Racer though... Terry
  5. Hey Prox, if I dont use it, its yours brother....
  6. No three spokes yet, I reserved that for my old 190E back in the days...hehehe. Hey ya gotta have a stereo that plays music with some bass to roll the three spokes!!! I dont have a stereo in the cars yet... Terry
  7. Max, Im gonna put the LSD Long R200 in my Black 240. Gonna put the Aluminum brace setup in the Orange 280 to style it up since its a show car basically. Ill use the R230 in the new build preferably if someone ever makes a mount or Ill just install everything and go get it done at a competent race shop. I just want my new LS1 wide body to have the strongest parts available so all the heavy duty stuff will be for the new build. Im sure by the time I come back there should be some more options for front mounts for the short R200 or R230. damn this stuff is getting expensive but I wouldnt wanna be doing anything else....its such a rush to create your own ride as you know! If I decide to make the R230 a permanent install Ill just have a shop weld in some cross beams left to right and tie into the frame on either side and then weld some mounting tabs off the cross beams and be done with it. Ill just need to source a spare R230 but should be plentiful for awhile I expect. I like Cozy's setup too and may just go that route.....decisions....decisions... Terry

  10. He is fine and waiting on his MOS school to start. He said he got paired up with a total dirt bag though in his room assignment...lol. Gotta love those dirt bags....A.K.A. the %10 or turds... He wants to go to Okinawa after school so I think there is a good chance of that...we will see! His vocabulary has changed alot...lots of F words and such....lol.
  11. Hey Max! Yes Sir I have been retired since Feb 2004. I am working for the DOD here at Fuji with the Marines...guess I just can't get enough..lol. Terry
  12. I don't see where the problem is? I always enjoyed the rides they gave us (USMC Retired)...
  13. Great idea, anyone wanna contact them directly and see if they make one for the R200? Heres the links etc... http://www.arbusa.com/alac/alsp/Air_Locker_S&P_Manual.pdf Contact: http://arb.com.au/hocris_data/forms.php?type=int_contact Terry
  14. Check here... http://www.slickcar.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=541 I think Ill order one for the parts bin as well... TErry:mrgreen:
  15. The pin breakage is very common. I have 3 diffs sitting in storage now with all broke pins. I was wondering if we could fab something better or find a way to keep it from coming loose and breaking. Other than that I never had any problems with the R200 open diffs. I was getting 1.59's and 1.60's on launches and the pin has been the only problem. Terry
  16. Jesus, that is so not typical. I am gonna spend a fortune having my weeds cut down. I just hope the land doesnt flood. Flood insurance is not something anyone buys there. My luck my house will flood just because I dont have flood insurance. Maybe I should reconsider? Terry
  17. Jim, easy fix...go here: http://www.supportourtroopsmoas.com/ Thanks for your support! Terry
  18. Paul, hahaha....Im still laughing...hopefully you can view soon...my internet service sux too!
  19. Damn LArry, I hope my house doesnt flood!! That would be my luck! The weeds will take over the city if it doesnt stop!!! (hmmm transformer weeds?) TErry

  21. Im still interested if we can find a way to ship....Im in Japan and need help!!!! lol.
  22. Their number is: Please call 1-800-798-4585 and ask for Eric and he will personally handle your needs. Don't know why I said drive train industries....Site is: http://powertrainindustries.com/ Terry... P.S. Not a bad idea to get both in case it comes in handy in the future...
  23. Wow! thanks guys....Im definately sold now. My biggest reason was ease of install, saving money to have others do stuff and keeping it simple...we all remember that saying right (KISS). I wanna install, hook up the battery and go so this will allow me to do almost that without stressing too much. As far as power, I dont think a carbed LSX 472 will have any problem in that category... ....still planning and collecting...oh and case anyone didnt know...I just got my drive shaft flanges for the Q45 and R230...cheap now from Power train industries... Infinity is 3102-69: $64.08 R230 is 3102-42: $78.90 Terry
  24. I dont know if aNYONE IS INTERESTED BUT HERE ARE (damn caps lock) several links talking about the LSX carb swap. I am seriously thinking of the LSX carbed with edlebrock intake and MSD timing module for some tuning ability. That would make tuning for me sooo much easier and instant. Im not the smartest guru when it comes to computers for EFI etc, and then theres those wiring issues that scare me to death. Anyways maybe someone will find these links interesting and find it appropriate for thier liking as I have. Im thinking 472 cubes of LSX small block carbed and go from there....any comments?
