  3. The 2004r should fit in the transmission tunnel the way that you have it. I test fit my motor 3 times before I had the transmission tunnel just right. I had a 77 280z before with a 2004r trans. I have a LT1/4L60e trans in a 72 and it fit without to much work. Mike

  5. I am working on the R230 for my car. I drilled the MB out to 120mm. The diff is now mounted. I need to make a new front mount for it. Does anyone have any pics of there mount? Mike
  6. I like my V8 Z-car but some of the Honda's are fast. I have a 92 civic with a 95 integra gsr motor and supercharger that made 245hp @ the wheels, runs 12.3@114 and gets 30mpg. But I like to run 10's in a Z. Mike
  7. Trace the wires back to computer and find out what plug # they goto. If you do this you can find out what they are. Mike
  8. Just use the one you got from him. It would be easy to find out where all the plugs go. I have the factory service manual if need some info. Mike
  9. I am now looking for a fuel pump on my LT1 240z. Any update on how the MSD 2225 pump is working? Or are there any other pumps to use? Thanks Mike

  13. I used this info and the factory service manual to help me wire mine. I have all of the wires that I do need, but it would be nice to have some more info on what wires should be taken out. Right now my harness would work to start the motor. It only took about 2 hours, but I would like to take some of the wires out that I do not need. thanks Mike
  14. I had a 280z 8 years ago with a 305/700r4 trans 600 carb and a very smal cam. The car ran 13.6@102mph I put a 350 in later but the 305 was a very good daily driver.

  18. I looked at my computer and it has the part # 16181333 witch is the Y code Computer. Just to make everything clear it looks like all I have to do is wire it the same as a F-body car get the right cable for my computer and then use the lt1edit to take the theft device of the computer? I hope this is right. Thanks Mike
  19. Is there any one else that knows if the Lt1 edit will work with the 94-95 Vettes computer. I only got the main computer with my swap. Thanks Mike
  20. Thanks for the info, I am working on a 95 lt1/4l60 in a 72 240z. I was going to spend the $$ and buy the wiring, but I am going to do it now. Is the wiring the same for the Corvette computer? Any web sites that mite help. Mike

  22. what is your best time on the motor. I just want to know how fast a z-car is with a stock lt1. I have a 1972 240z with 94 lt1/4l60, not working yet. Mike
