    I just put on a 83zx MC and booster. If you have a 5-speed car you will have to move the clutch MC over 30mm so the booster can fit. Also the throttle brace is in the way, but this was ok because I am using a Acura Integra cable.

    80LT1 I am right behind you on the Z project. I should have mine on the road Monday. I still have a MAF code coming up on my ecm and I have tried 2 MAf. Today I got the brakes done 1983 280zx mc and booster. Mike

    I just got done with the install, 83 zx MC and booster on my 72 240z. Does anyone know how many MM the rod should stick out of the booster? I will test drive it on Monday. mike

    looks like all you have to do if give terminal f or I power and that will turn on the alt.

    I just got done bolting in the new MC and booster out of a 1983 280zx. The 83zx mc and booster are a easy job. Now it is time for me to bleed the brakes. Mike

    My bled screw is on the bottom and not the top. This might be the problem, I will switch the calipers. I went to the junk yard today and bought a booster and MC from a 80zx, I also bought one from a 83zx. I want to try and fit the 83zx boodter and MC in my car, I like the MC better. thanks Mike

    I am having problem with my brakes. I tried to bleed the brakes today without any luck. So I went to the store and bought a new MC. I still have the same problem. When I step on the brake pedel it goes to the floor. The brakes have been bled at all 4 wheels and the MC. I will be at the junk yard on Sunday I might pick up a zx MC and a 2+2 booster. Has anyone else run into this problem? Thanks Mike

    What has everyone else done for there intake and air filter on the Lt1? The Lt1 needs a 3.5 tubing from the MAF to the air filter. I want to put the air filter by the grill of the car. I went to the store but they only have 3" thanks Mike

    I need to find out if the Lt1 computer uses ground to switch the relay or B+. I have the wires from a10 and a11. I want to have the car ready for HOT Auugust nights in Reno. Thanks Mike

    Can someone tell me how to wire the Lt1 alternator? I have it pluged into the factory harness but it is not charging. I took the alternator to the parts store and it is working ok. Mike

    I put a pic in my Personal Gallery, but I can not post it here. For some reason i have problems posting pics but not uploading them. I do not like my 14" rims but I want to run them for a few months before I buy 15" wheels and drag radials. Mike

    stock 240z carol shelby 14 inch wheels??? I do not know what kind of wheels they are. The wheels came on the car.

    I put on the same kit a few weeks ago and it went right on. At first I did not see how the brake line go, but Ross took care of it. Now it is time for front brakes. Mike

    Today I bolted tires back on and r230 1/2 shaft on the Z. With the car up on jack stands I put the car in gear and spun the tires. The 14" wheels are tight but they do fit with The new rotors out back. mike

    Check your engine codes, I found out that I have 2 engine codes on mine that I am working on. But it sounds like you have a vacuum leak. Mike

    Zfan I use to run 150 nos shot for many years on cast pistons. You will be fine as long as the fuel is ok. Mike
