  3. Man I have no idea how I missed this thread great work! I really like the direction that you are going in and cant wait for next update.
  4. Last few times that I worked on the Z I forgot to bring the camera so I will just explain what was done instead. All the edges were smoothed out to perfect finish few edges were rolled over each other in the back (no pics) until everything turned out into somewhat "factory" look. Afther that all the rivets got cut out and everything got welded. Kinda hard to tell in the picture but the welds turned out awesome JT really did awesome job! There were two seperate welds per one corner (two corners) that is why there are two very wide spots of seam sealer. Same thing was done from inside of the car. I belive thats about it for now I am not planning on doing much work over the next few weeks since I have decent amount of side work to do and its really getting hot down here...
  5. I figured that since I have made some good progress on underbody of the Z it would be appropriate time to post some pictures of how its all coming together. Bad Dog frame rails (great quality and amaizing fitment) Yes I know it looks like crap but I am working on improving that... I ended up cutting all the rust spots on the old rails out and fitting the new ones over. Fittment of the Bad Dog rails is fantastic it just took few hours to put stock rails back into original shape lol. Test fitting JT of F@D Autocare rocking out with his welder Getting there! Two coats of primer Same thing on the passenger side frame rail For the next little project I am going to fixt that rusted out box in the trans tunnel. More on that later on this week.
