Over here it's $1.89 for premium unleaded. Why can't it go back to $0.25 ...i think that was the 60's...i wouldn't know, i wasn't born till the 80's. Sean

That took some thinking to figure out. About 22 minutes under no real pressure (unknown if pressure would of hurt or helped my time). Felt like I was tryin to do four things at once. All the different logical ways to interpret each statement and then integrate it into a final solution is freaky. I'll just stick with fixing up my 280ZX Sean

2825lbs is the vehicles stock weight. Street Legal might be able to hit his mark of 2800lbs if he replaces the steel body with fiberglass. I plan to reduce the weight by getting fiberglass bumbers, removing the AC,and possibly a fiberglass hood. The tag on the door just states the weight of the vehicle at maximum load. The 280ZXs max load is something like 420lbs. So 2825lbs + 420lbs = 3245lbs. Of course this will vary among different years. Sean

I'm hoping for 2700lbs with me in the car. I drive a 81 280ZX that will hopefully have an LS1 dropped into the engine bay sometime in the future. Sean

A little more work is required to put a LS1 in your z car. You will have to fabricate the mounts, relocate the accessories, wire up the engine properly, new fuel lines, electric fuel pump and fuel regulator. Not to mention new gauges or spend a lot of time hooking up the stock ones . Do a search, there is a lot of information that has been posted. Good luck with your decision. Sean

12.077 seconds on a stock LS1. That's cool!! That car is going to be a beast when you put a LSD and some slicks on. Do you plan on reaching sub-tens in the quarter? Keep up the good work. Sean -
You must live in Vancouver Canada cause there would be no way you could get that car street "legal" in washington. Nice job on putting the engine in the engine bay. Almost looks like it was meant to be in there. Sean
