Yes I am giving up on the MS boost controller.. I would need a laptop to change the boost.. which means I have to pull it out, load it up.. change the values and give it a drive and watch the guage. OR I twist a knob. Thanks guys!

have you checked your fuel injectors or fuel pressure?! The injectors may be clogged.. or the fuel pump may be going or a bad fuel filter. a volvo intercooler is terrible for efficiency.. im shocked that your aluminum one hasnt helped. It seems to me that something is wrong with the fuel system... not just the intercooler. Have you monitered the air temps before or after the intercooler?! think about it this way.. 16psi of HOT air would be close to 12psi of COLD air. This could be the problem.. the Volvo intercooler was awful at cooling and the new intercooler is SO efficient in cooling that you can run less boost and create the same power.

there comes a point where there is TOO much downforce like in that Prima too much front downforce causes UNDERSTEER as well. Im sure the primadonna Z had an adjustable front wing.. or I hope so

I would highly advise.. do NOT attach that one your car look at the angle of attack... all your doing is creating LIFT on the front end. In addition the rear spoiler (whale tail) will increase the rear downforce and create MORE LIFT in the front of the car! Now imagine driving at 75mph and the car in front of you blows out it's tires.. and you need to swerve out of the way to avoid an accident.. Your front end is so "light" because of the lift, you loose the size of the tire patch in contact with the ground. This will result in understeer, and the inability to safe your life and someone elses. yes this is dramatic.. but its true.

Megasquirt and wideband are the two best purchases i've ever made for the Z. Honestly.
