  1. Oh I wasn't talking about the rules in hybridz, They were talking about another forum and I made a reference to that.
  2. They are stock seats that were either done full fabric stock or reupholstered by some shop at one point. I'm sure one of the History Guru's will make a comment about if it was stock or redone at some point.
  3. I have everything you need except a drivers door. Also the headlight buckets are welded straight to the fenders so you would have to buy both fenders and install them both or whatever you choose to do. send me a PM if your interested I'm in Castle rock.
  4. It goes to the vacuum canister on the right side of the engine bay. It is a black canister towards the front of the car. It should have writing on it saying Dist. vac or something like that.
  5. Sounds like a good find, but I disagree with your statement on them being hard to work on. It may seem they are hard to work on because they are older and need a little tlc, but in my experience nissan's aren't all that bad compared to an Audi or a minivan. They have lots of space to work, most of it is simple to me at least. Anyways too each their own, good luck with the DD.
  6. Well Common snapper does have a site you might be able to send him an email if you know japanese.
  7. I haven't installed mine yet but I plan on going the Modern Motorsports way. I bought Calipers and Rotors and Studs at the junkyard for $70 and saved about $1100 then if I bought everything new and fancy.
  8. Yup different car, Different seats and Different Dash. George gray is a car collector so I doubt he will sell his "Rebodied Ferrari" anytime soon haha.
  9. Wow, The comment from TonyD about having seen the car in person etc etc, scared Matt Farah into a confession haha. Just read the updated thread on final gear. He literally copy and pasted his apology either from there onto his site, or from his site onto that thread.
  10. http://www.volvo-forums.com/t29045-common-issues-with-the-volvo-240.htm That link might be helpful for you. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
  11. I claim BS look at this picture you can see what I am pretty sure to be metal with undercoating on it. Also the "carbon fiber" from the doors back has a different look from the front end. The fenders, air dam, hood and cowl are real carbon fiber but I bet the rest is a wrap. The body panels on the car may be real carbon fiber but I don't think the structure is.
  12. Its interesting that he went through all this trouble at first to claim it was part Ferrari at least, then to just confess that it is just a Datsun. Its probably true that he didn't see it and he lied about it to try to get people off his back.
  13. Sounds Sincere to me, He said some stupid things as such as he had seen the engine but now claims he never did. At least this is finally resolved.
  14. My family has owned some Volvo's before I think they were 240DL sedans can't remember for sure. One thing about older volvos is that they have electrical problems sometimes and it can cost a lot to figure it out and replace it. At least were we lived it was hard to find parts for and the AFM's usually go bad and cost around $600 I think. Otherwise they were pretty nice we had them for a long time, but we moved on to Honda's and Nissans because they were cheaper and more available. What are your reasons for buying them? Is it just because its a good deal or? They are nice cars but can cost a lot to repair.
  15. Well they do both have those round thingy's on that thing sitting in the front of the car.
  16. You might want to add in a fuel cutoff switch, I think you can get them at Blackdragonauto. It will be nice to have in an accident if your knocked unconscious or forget about the pump, it will shut it off in an accident.
  17. And the Moral of the story, Its always better to be honest then to end up being caught in a lie and looking dumb. This guy claims he has ridden in a 240z before but he couldn't notice right away that it was a Datsun. Also this guy is complaining about not making a lot of money and he just bought a Ford SVT Raptor. Oh well all of this is his problem no longer ours.
  18. Bump for an awesome front end, any updates?
  19. Man that sucks, Trailer hitches and cars don't go well together. I noticed your from St Micheal, I have family in Big lake and Fairmont, Going up there this fall. Good luck on fixing it though, It looked awesome before the accident.
  20. Well if you ever want a small economical AWD there is always the Suzuki SX4, add some stickers maybe some spoilers and a K&N air filter and you can take out the Honda boys all day long.
  21. We have a 97 Audi Quattro wagon and I will just say its falling apart. The transmission is almost gone, they are nice cars but when they get high miles on them its a hassle because most of the time you can't work on it yourself and everything is way expensive. When we had to change the thermostat we literally had to take off the whole front of the engine to get to it, which included the timing belt and a pulley. Not saying they are horrible cars because they are pretty reliable, its just they cost a lot to maintain.
  22. He said that wasn't his motor, just one at a tuning shop, Anyways the body work looks amazing, except for that old ugly G-nose Thingy.
  23. You would probably have to paint them with vinyl paint because I don't think those ever came in white.
  24. With autotune anyone can make music now. Anyways the Z's looked awesome!
