HI, I recently test drove a 93' 300zx non turbo thinking of purchasing it. the only major problem i found wiht it is in any gear even neuatreal(its a 5 spd.) at around Regular idle to a little below 2k teh engine starts acting like its idling rough. i had my dad(He went with me im only 18) rev it while i looked at the engine to see if it was a engine mount but it didnt even move that much(just the normal shake for an engine) anyways my question is what could cause this? could it be an injector? or maybe it just needs to a tune up? it says itll work on the 300zx. im not sure of how different they are though.

Hey tony, are they going to be runnignat the salt flats in mid march? im plannig a trip to seattle and would like to go there.

so i need to fell on teh bottom? for how many bolts? the engine is still in the car. yes they are a frekin pain to get to even the ones on the sides! thanks i heard from somewhere but i wasnt sure.

Yes i did search i got tired of looking through all the re posts so i didn't find what i was looking for. all right, I'm in the process of dismantling my 83' turbo's engine. I took all the bolts off of the intake manifold off and the two on either end, are there any more bolts on it? I would look in my Chilton but i cant find the dang book. also i wasn't sure but aren't these blocks called f54 blocks? for the turbo motor of course. Best regards -Jeff

Do you mean the thing above the valance and right below the bumper? On mine its the body color, but mines been in a wreck before so yea.

I was also thinking maybe something like red or neon green, with the same color accents around the car. Nah your 240 isn't completely murdered out. You can still see inside .lol

so just make the shape i want with the foam, then lay fiberglass on it and then bondo to car and paint?

Yea yesterday i finaly got it out. also what kind of transmission are you using, did you have to modify the tranni tunnel?

Hi. Ive been using these forums for a while now, joined not to long ago(like a few days), and i curently have a 83' turbo thats going under for a v8 conversion It will also have a completley custom interior.

Now before anyone says anything yes i did search ^^ I was wondering if anyone had any links to anyone(with a good reputation) that sells body kits for the 280zx? I searched here google zcar i cant find it anywhere, well i did find it one place but that place has been known to cheat people out of they're money. Thanks in advance -Jeff
