dsommer, what brake rotors are you using in the top pics, they look like AZC but they are not slotted or drilled, im curious?

I noticed this on mine as well, the entire assembly rotated at first, but after a few hundred the miles the springs are spinning on the perches on the fronts only

When I said bouncy I was referring to the valving not the spring rates

I will post pics of my ride height, I am running xxr 513's 16x8 0 offset and I have no rubbing issues, I have about a 1/4 inch gap between the top of the tire and the fender if that helps

I want 16x8.5's but theyre really hard to find

Hey guys, I am looking for an uncracked dash and a set of seats for a 77, the seats don't have to be from a 77 but I do want a decent set without tears. Open to aftermarket seats as well

And yes that it was I meant by a bit bouncy, the valving of the shocks feels like they may have been valved for a heavier car

I just installed the Mckinney coils and I think they are a bit too bouncy

Hey guys, just thought I would share my thoughts on the McKinney motorsports coilovers which I just installed. The installation was fairly painless and the ride height, at its highest point is pretty low out of the box. There are a few things I am concerned about however. First is that Mack at McKinney, in a previous thread on here assured us here at HBZ that these were not Megan coilovers, when I got them they were in a Megan box, and the coilovers themselves say Megan on them. The second issue that I am concerned about is that according the McKinney, these coilovers are made by them for our cars, or modified for our cars with proper valving for the struts and spring rates for the weight of our cars. Well, the coilovers are really nice and I do enjoy them but the ride is way too bouncy which makes me wonder if these actually are s13 coils and not really tailored for our cars, anyone care to give their input?

Did the OP ever figure this out? I seem to be having the same problem. Car misfires only when being started while warm and at idle. As soon as the car is under load and moving it goes away and it only happens when the car is warm. I thought maybe I had a leaking fuel injector as well but im curious about this gas cap rubber seal and built up pressure in the gas tank. My situation is a little different because I am always able to start the car but when it is warm and start it, it runs on 5 cylinders until the car starts moving, any ideas?

So i figured out that, according to the atlantic z car write up that whoever did this only connected # 5 and 6 and for some reason the car runs

what do you mean the amperage for the stock alternator is on the edge?

It charges but the charge lamp does not work, and from all of the diagrams I have seen, there are more than two wires hooked up to the female plug on the alternator side of the harness?
