I agree with projectrb.Put the motor in now and If you decided you want more build the rb25/30. Your getting thr motor for free so you can spend your money on a better turbo,intercooler and other goodies that will transfer if you swap to another RB.or If you really want a swap that hasen't been done I'll trade you for my rb20e auto that's in my car now.

Wow thanks for the replies I was searching on the internet when it hit me that I should try here. A lot of you guys blow me away with some of the stuff that you do involving your cars so I figured I give it a shot. I basically had an Idea for an invention a while back and was just trying to find some basic Info. The item that would be moving would way around 4-5 lbs.. I doing more research to get an exact #. The distance traveled would be under a thousand feet and would change. Sorry If I'm being a little cryptic but I don't want to spill the beans to everyone just yet. Does anyone know how to figure out how much force something will have when it impacts with something else? If so can you show me the formula or tell me were you got it from. Let say something moving at 658 mph. What if any other info would you need to find out the force in pound per sqaue inch. Thanks

I think he should lose his house. Maybe it would make him think about the consequences of his actions. Yes he should drive his twins to the recruiting office. Do bigger rims give you a rougher ride? The car I just bought has 17's on it and it seems to ride really ruff. It's a 95 so maybe the shocks are just worn out. Thanks

I figured that they were allot cheaper In Japan. But I need a car with ac and over here their not allot to choose from. I'm living in Sicily and their are some nice cars but for the price and the fact that I don't have to wait for the military police inspection it's hard to beat. I might be moving back to the states this December so at least I can drive it for six months and hopefully sale it If I have to for a small loss. I probably spent close to the price of it on car rentals already this year. With all that said what would be your suggestion on any low price mods to do? Say under a thousand It has rims that look pretty nice and neon underneath. Which I am not a fan of but it might help sale to the fast and furious crowd. I was thinking of focusing any upgrades to the suspension. Since their are plenty of curvy roads around here. Maybe some new plugs and wires. If I get to stay in Europe then I can look at doing something serious. Any info and suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

I have a chance to get a 95 4dr gts with only 40 kilometers. I think it has the rb20 in it. It's a very clean car with nice rims and decent stereo. It's an auto but it will be my daily driver so that's not to bad. Any body know much about this model? It's na but that's not bad since I just got a couple of tickets. only mods are a mushroom air filter. Any suggestions on mods for it? Thanks

I would say just drop him from your insurance right before he goes in. What is he going to be doing in the air force? I had a medium length tech school and I was in 8 months before I reached my first duty station. He can't drive in basic and some tech schools want let you have a car unless your going to be their over 6 months. Even at his first duty station most lower ranking people don't have cars. You get paid very little and generally your not the best with money at this age. He want be making decent money till he's makes e-3 @ 16 months. I had several tickets and wrecks on my record when I went in and the quotes I got were outrages. Usaa is great insurance.

How about installing a vq motor in it. Either from a new z or some other rwd platform it comes in. This would seem to fit your NA requirements. To afford all of this you have to sale the Idea to your boss that this can be a showcase car for your shop. Get him to sponsor it to some extent. Since your using a new motor all of the tuning can apply to the new Z as well. Not to mention how big motor swaps are right now in the tuner community. You could probably use your shops name to hit up some tuner company to supply parts for it. Just tell them you'll put their sticker on it. There can't be to many fairlady's in the states. You would be surprised the things you can get by just asking. My wife is into business and you wouldn't believe the deals she works with people. Just by doing a little research and asking. I have been having problems with my altima back in the states. My mom has been keeping it for me the past couple of years and it has had an issue with it stalling. I was hoping some one might have a clue as to what is wrong. Basically what happens is the car runs fine then all of a sudden it starts jerking and then it just dies. You pull over and let it sit for a couple of minutes and it starts back up and runs fine. It may run good for a couple of weeks and then out of no were it does it again. I've had it taken to the shop a couple of times and one guy even told them that the valves were bent. So my step dad and a friend to the head if and everything looked good. About 6 months ago I spent about 500. on a new fuel pump and some other junk but the problem still keeps happening. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
