I'm keeping my eyes wide open down here in San Diego. I'm always scouring through craigslist, etc... Any more pics from the side?
+1 on all counts.
It really pi$$es me off when someone's (anything) pride and joy gets jacked. I believe that all thiefs should die by fire.

Ya, the bolts are expensive; like $5 a piece. Short head bolts with washers work.

Just wanted to throw some praise in the air, AGAIN, for Matt @ DIYAutotune.com.
I bought my original msns-e kit from him about 5 years ago, and have since sold the kit\motor.
He was a huge help to me then, and I'm stuck on a problem with VEMS, a product I don't even think he sells, but I thought I'd give him a call and ask him his input, and he spent about ten minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting until I figured it out.
The world needs more people like this, so if you get a chance to install Megasquirt in your ride, buy it from Matt.
He tunes cars, and doesn't afraid of anything.
Win.
I must also parrot the praise; I've had nothing but wonderful experiences from the folks over at DIYAT, and that's from both Matt and Jerry.

What's your location? I have choke cables from a '73 and from a 6/72.

Prob ur alternator...
Just messing, I'll parrot the input female. Also check the solder joints. Is this a tube amp or solid-state?

I am actually starting a company making surge tanks! But a recent car accident has kept me from manufacturing any . One of the styles I am making is perfect for your application, as well. What size barb fittings are you going to be using? I can probably fab one up for you, although it may be mild steel since I haven't hired a TIG welder yet.

Remember it's left hand thread.

Sorry responding so late, someone ran a red light and totaled my car (not the Z thankfully). Glad to see OP found one; yes I can make one for a 280Z once my sore body heals and I can do work again :/

So you're looking for the wheel-side stub axle. Unfortunately I do not have a spare. Do you have a local pick your part?
-
Where are you located and how soon were you needing it? I'm going to be making full face mesh grilles relatively soon.
-
Which side? Both sides are different.

pm box is full
sent email.
Awesome. Please close.

I need ONE stub axle for my R200. Passenger side, but I don't think it matters. This was the last R200 at the junkyard, and now I've got everything ready except this one stub axle. By the way, this is the stub axle that clips into the diff, not the wheel-side stub axle.
Obviously local would be better so I could avoid shipping, but I need this doohickey.

Interestingly, I actually like the Glenfiddich 15. Wouldn't say it's my favourite, but it hits my palate better than the 12. Diff'rent strokes, I guess.

He pulled it out of his running 240Z with stock splines. good guy, know him personally.

Reminds me more of a '63 Corvette mixed with an S2000.

Looks like it could be interesting. The biggest difference I see with this in relation to quasi-similar engine set ups (VTEC et al., TVIS) is the separate cam and the "swirl" of the gases.
The weight could be negated somewhat by replacing the metal intake manifolds with plastic or carbon composite.

I want to know if this is a good turbo to use based on the information I put in there:
Just seeing if I'm doing good at reading the compressor maps.
From your pressure ratio looks like ~350-400 hp, no?
The 3076 is indeed an excellent compressor for modest HP goals on L-series. Much better overall fit than the GT35R IMHO.

Got one here. PM me.
-
Seems like a good setup. A little pricey compared to what I can get, but still a good all-inclusive kit.
-
THEY GOT IT ALL WRONG!!
Needs more wolves.
-
.....Group buy?
