  1. Damn that is lucky. The SR18DE is a very cool and capable motor depending on the trim.
  2. I need one of those for the snow right now.
  3. I was not happy at work today. I actually did stuff.
  4. I definitely have A LOT to learn still. I was cruising around the diyautotune website today reading. I understood about every other word. lol
  5. I really appreciate your "combining of turbo knowledge" into this one thread. The more I think about it, the more I am considering going turbo on my 280z instead of a proper engine swap. It seems that I can turbocharge for relatively cheap. Then when I blow the motor, I can do an engine swap. lol
  6. ^Agreed. I also think it would be great because these swaps could be smog legal. I am very much on the fence with what I want to do but the VH45DE is something I am considering.
  7. It does seem like a waste of effort but if you really NEED two turbochargers, there are your options. May we ask why you have decided on twin turbos as opposed to single turbo?
  8. Touche. The swingarm is a dead give away. Sorry. Everyone always says that you will drop your bike 1xxxx times. Just be careful and you will be ok. Granted I have only ridden about 10k miles but I have never dropped my bike.
  9. When I was young and stupid, I never changed the oil in my Honda Accord. Once it had 200k miles on it I decided to trade it in. I figured, I might as well change the oil before I do that. Pulled the dipstick and it looked like somebody used it to roast marshmallows. I changed the oil, took it in, and got $2000 for it. lol I treated it like crap from 18K to 200K miles and NEVER had a problem with it. Weird huh?
  10. I agree 100% with the Super Duke. I got to sit on one (not ride it ) and it fit like a glove. Good looking bike too.
  11. I imagine some people make a pretty good living on youtube. Bastards.
  12. I agree about safety. I used to a full leather race suit when I rode with gloves and boots. I was in central CA at the time (110* in the summer) and other riders would say "Dude it's way to hot to wear that ♥♥♥♥." I would tell them "I would rather sweat than bleed." I never went down but I saw a few of them do so. Not pretty.
