  1. Will post some of it all when it's done.
  2. I'm making an independant runner manifold for mine with 8 suzuki hayabusa throttle bodies. Should look OK when it's done, similar to TVR cerbera style.
  3. Yeah, and who wants a slushbox anyway!
  4. I take it it's the 300Zx autobox you're talking about that fits the VH bellhousing?
  5. Steve Snively at peak horsepower steve@peakhp.com is also looking at making a converter plate. Think he's nearly done now
  6. Pretty sure the guys in NZ that use the engines in jet boats use 98mm bore in the VH41 block. Just looking at re-boring my VH45, so be interested if you find anything.
  7. From the service manual, and posts on NICO club forums. Let me know what happens with cams, as I might be after some. Also may already have a source in new zeland, just waiting on a reply.
  8. Inlet: Lift = 9.9mm Duration = 248° IVO 0° BTDC IVC 68° BTDC Ex: Lift = 9.9mm Duration = 248° EVO 60° BBDC ECV 8°ATDC VTC is a 20° advance on inlet cam I think
  9. There are a few I looked into. 1) TT blower, basically a variable geared centrifugal apparently feels almost as good as a pure NA. 2) Screw blower. Low down power like roots, top end like centrifugal, but more efficient than both. Expensive! Thinnk Merc use these on the AMG cars, mazda used them on something. 3) Roots, good low end power, dying off at the top. Very inefficient compared to the other two.
  10. Guide to TB sizes (click advice and FAQ). http://www.jenvey-dynamics.com/~Mansyss.htm
  11. I paid about $250 per set off ebay. Had been looking at Jenvy dynamics ones first, but they're £££££ The busa ones are good because you can separate them and make spacers to get them to match the port spacing on the haeds.
  12. I've bought 2 sets of Hayabusa ones for my VH45DE. They're 42mm engine end, tapered out to intake end. Plate is 46mm.
  13. Pleased to hear it! Cheers
