    Man I love this stuff. I'm getting all the pieces together for a full wilwood brake up grade. I have the 1" master, All 4 vented rotors and calipers. Now all my questions have been answered.. Thanks.......

    Oscar brought some of his stuff to one of our Z car meetings. Looked like good quality. I don't need any glass parts but if I did I would have no problem calling him.

    I never liked the stock fuel rail. It just looked like some 10 year old made it. So I came up with this.

    My gear cutter called today. I'll pick them up on Monday and do my last operation.

    I'm on the final operation now just FYI for you guy's. I don't know how long it will take to spline them. But I think John might have some ready to ship in a couple of weeks.

    Yea that's nice on free machining brass. Try that on heat treated 4340 and see what happens. I do love watching that. But that's a very small part on a very limited machine. Still cool to see something move that fast. I wish I could shoot and load video. I would blow your mind with some of the stuff I do.

    I really can't do that. I would have to spend to much time to get there and back. So Cal freeways and all. I send the stuff UPS so I don't have to drive.

    I send them out to a gear house and they cut the splines. Top quality stuff.

    A little more work on the stubs today. Should send to heat treat tomorrow.

    More like a month than a week. I have to heat treat and spline them. That can take a couple of weeks.

    Yea I fill up a 4X4X6 bin with chips at least once a month when I'm busy. about 3K #. Not much money there but it has to be done.

    O.K. here ya go. The slugs ready to go to the lathe. 17 Lbs to start. Making chips. A little code for you techie types. I'll be sending them off to H.T. next week. Then a little more lathe work and spline cut. then off to beta motorsports for shipping to you guys.

    The side axles look good. The machine shop you have making them must be pretty good.
