I have a very good friend who does custom exhausts in long beach. He needs a 240z at his shop to make an exhaust for my car. I'd gladly give someone $50 for letting him use their car for a day. Please let me know if you can help.

I'll chime in on this one... I ordered the front and rear bumpers from Oscar on Ebay and the first set arrived quickly. Upon installation I realized that the rear bumper required too much flex with the installation and produced waves and told him. He asked for pictures and I sent them to him and he reworked the mould to correct the issue... two months later he has sent 3 more rear bumpers. One of them was lost by UPS, the second was damaged in shipping and the newest just arrived and like previously mentioned has the bubble wrap marks on it. This is fine because I planned on painting them all as well. In return for the timeframe and troubles he compensated my time by sending a rear spoiler for the trouble. Downside is that it was not the correct curve on the bottom to match the slight curve of the rear hatch and the rear spoiler cracked at the bottom trying to get it to match ...I understand that nothing can be reproduced perfectly but I am seriously getting frustrated... This all being said, Oscar has been always been on top of communications and replies very professionally.

I think it has to be under 77 in order for it to fit without cutting the spare wheel well. That is what I have heard at least.

ok small update. The body shop guy had some family issues. The car is still primed but the current task is installing the rollbar/cage (8point) and removing the spare tire well to fit the new gas tank. Then paint.... crossing fingers that I will drive this car before the fall

In transporting my car from one shop to another the bags of bolts to put the fenders, cowl, hood etc back on were lost. Need ASAP.

Best update ever. Got a new job and it pays even more than the last one so the Z project is back on track!
