ZXR_KiD
don't know if anyone has other than like the GTO type smoked or blackout covers... however once we get our molds for the clears done it could be very easy to run some tinted ones through... calvin280zxt
I meant like spray tint, anyone have picks. Not sure if it would look good or not on an old car
SHO-Z
In some states in the US this is a Tow away ticket, the car cannot be driven. Zs use their tail lights as reflectors and DOT requires reflectors on the back of every vehicle. So you are dealing with federal regs not only state regs. Also in a tail end collision you could be found at fault.

GOTHALOSISM
I used some spray tint on my vette lights and it came out really nice. Just make sure you spray a few very light coats, then clear it. If you put it on too thick it will be to dark. Also once you tint them you will not be able to undo it. DevilZX
I also have it done except I chose to only tint the early style, amber turn signal portions. Edited December 16, 2011 by DevilZX

zx_drift
My brother used to have blacked out tails ('82-'83 style) on his Z. The paint was OD green, looked pretty rad. I can probably find a pic when I get home.
