r1short
Hey guys! This is my first post here My dad just gave me his 1972 240z and I am thrilled to work on it! But at the moment I am on a hunt for stock pieces to preserve the car's true nature. The previous owner stripped that car of all insides because he was turning it into a racing car, so lots of things are missing. But for starters, I am looking for a center console and haven't been able to find one anywhere! If someone could please help me, I would really appreciate it! Thanks! ModernS30
I've got one as well, but it could use some work, PO put many holes in it for random switches and crap.
Litman
Also have a series two (72-73) center console in excellent condition. One tab for the fuse box cover is broken but this is a fairly simple item to repair. Item is ready for shipment. Nelsonian
If you should find yourself ineed of a nice dash, I have a 72' with one thin crack, complete with all gauges, wiring,etc...
luseboy
http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/40-2401 Not sure if you can make it work in the series 2 or not, I'm sure it can be done. If you find one localy for free/cheap, don't turn it down. Mine was in awful shape, it was cracked in 2. I was able to glue it back together, and re-finish it, and paint it with some plasti-dip, and now it looks awesome, everyone thinks it's brand new. We'll see how my magic works on my dash, it's been 2 months on that already haha. Is the car up and running and all ready to drive? If not, I'd save your money for suspension, chassis, engine, and drivetrain restorations first, as it's not like you need a center console to drive the car.
