My wheels are 10" wide with a -33 and -40 offset, and they sit just perfect with the very edge of the standard ZG flare (Although this is with about a 3" drop and no camber correction due to being a test fit. Your wheels would be about 1.5" more inset than that. I run 225/50 tires all around on them. I would think at those widths and offsets, you would get kinda close to the suspension? BluDestiny Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 Fronts have 6in backspacing and rears have 5.5in backspacing. On stock components they will hit I believe 4.5 is perfect for the rear, not sure of the front. RebekahsZ Posted August 6, 2012 Share Posted August 6, 2012 Any wheel will fit a z-car if you change to a straight axle with a transverse leaf spring, tub the inner fenders, raise the ride height 3 inches over stock or cut out the quarter panels and add flares. The answer to all of these "will such and such wheel fit" questions always has the same answer: "maybe.". If you want the answer to be "yes," then the max wheel for the question is 7" with 4.5" back spacing or zero offset with 225/50/15 tire. 74_5.0L_Z Posted August 7, 2012 Share Posted August 7, 2012 (edited) I run 15x10 wheels on all four corners of my car (with 275/35/15 Hoosier tires). However, my car has been extensively modified so that I could. The car has the following mandatory modifications to use those wheels: Subtle Z fenders and quarter panels add 1.5 inches of flare to all four corners. Ground Control coilovers with 8" tall springs allow the use of more back space (I run 5.5" of backspace on these wheels and use a 3/8" spacer on the front). Ground Control camber plates on all four corners add negative camber to tuck the tire into the fenders at full bump and full turn.
