Hi im trying to figure out what is the name for this cross bearing I need to get a new one for my Z32 tranny bracket and i didnt know how to remove it so i forced it out and the cup bearings came off and i lost some of the rollers inside. If some one know how to install remove these I am open to suggestions because they seem to be press fitted.

Thank you

Thank you ! its a U joint. I am french canadien and sometimes we dont even have terms in french for those things and i didnt even had a clue what to call it. This part is located on the tranny itself it connects the shifter stick to the gear box lever that switches the gears.

Almost had it.  I looked for that but was on the wrong page.  Here's a drawing.  They might even have the u-joint although they don't call it out separately.  Might not be meant for taking apart.
