OldAndyAndTheSea Posted December 9, 2013 Share Posted December 9, 2013 This is where I am in the process. Still not done yet.... Injector pigtails will be hidden under the fuel rail. But that won't happen til I get home and fire the motor. And here is how I shaved my intake manifold, for those that care. Kevin.pk Posted December 9, 2013 Share Posted December 9, 2013 whole engine bay welded up and smoothed. Chassis wiring ran through the fender well. Fusible links/fuses moved inside the car. 'Shaving' is typically done to intake manifolds, but can apply to anything; valve covers, thermostat housings, even the engine bays sheet metal.
