winstonusmc
Use a Honda resistor pack, it has heat sinks and is available at every junk yard.
wickiewicked240z
Would these work?

Tony D
I used the resistor pack out of the NA cars...and from an 81ZXT on another... Orvac on Fullerton has the aluminum heat sinked ceramic resistors, same as SDS uses in their harnesses...I guess I'm spoiled by location. Digi key or Mouser should have them as well. http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?mpart=UAL50-6RF8&vendor=696 Edited November 3, 2014 by Tony D
loy
Would these work? I have used those. They work. I went with using PWM on my megasquirt.
BLOZ UP
How's your PWM working out? Every other person I've heard of using it has feedback/noise issues in other circuits from it.
wickiewicked240z
Someone said to use 10w 6.8ohm resistors. Jimwolf technology sells them
loy
How's your PWM working out? Every other person I've heard of using it has feedback/noise issues in other circuits from it. They are working fine. I do have a cap on H1 on my megasquirt. Edited November 4, 2014 by loy
wickiewicked240z
I'm going to give the Honda resistor box a try. Heading to the junk yard tomorrow to get 2.
