Slight differences in the housing but the axles/flanges slipped right in and it bolted right up. However, I noticed they look different at the spider gears. Perhaps an older or different style of the same thing? At first I thought so too but I saw the same thing in the tutuorial on how to remove the buttons from a KR180 diff on one of the Z forums.
