mjp147
I seen where jegs.com sells a tube chassis kit for a 1978 2+2 (http://www.jegs.com/i/Jegster/550/942605K1/10002/-1) and one for a 1973 Z (http://www.jegs.com/i/Jegster/550/942705K1/10002/-1) either of these kits work on my 1975 2+2? BluDestiny
A tube chassis is not a roll cage. So I'm not sure what you are asking. And generally any rollcage bent for a 2 seater won't fit a 2+2 because of the length and mounting point differences.
mjp147
http://www.jegs.com/i/Jegster/550/942605K1/10002/-1 It's a chassis and roll cage kit for a 1978 2+2, would it work on my 1975 2+2?
BluDestiny
Yes it should. It is listed for all 74-78 years, assuming 2+

Are you planning on building a drag racer? The chassis kit is set up for a 4 link. chris Edited November 19, 2015 by NCchris
mjp147
I'm thinking about building a street/drag car.
Michael
Using such a kit would imply excising the stock frame-rails in the engine compartment, and what passes for "frame rails" spot-welded to the floorpan. Assuredly this can all be done, and depending on one's objective, might be the best approach. But do please note that it is highly unlikely to save time/labor/money by attempting to fit such a "kit" to the S30 tub. One might as well jig-build an assembly and weld it into the tub. johnc
Assuming the kit pictured is the one for the 2+2 it won't fit a 2+2 body. Probably won't fit a regular S30 body,
veritech-z
The image is the same for all the chassis kits, I think it is just "representative." If you open the image in a new tab, they all have the same file name.
mjp147
I emailed jegs and they sent me the cage dimensions so I can check the fit of it.
