datsunan
Hey Tim I went to the JY today and found a couple of diff flex joints. I think I'm going to use the one with the angle on it, if you want the other one I will send it to you or I can get you the same one I will be using. They came off Mercedes one was turbo and the other was not, both diesels. The large dia. flex I'm going to use off the turbine outlet befor my DP. I found a V-band clamp at work that fits the flex almost perfectly, it should be sweet when I'm done as it will all be stainless. I also got my new Tial 40 mm WG today. Man this thing is huge, I thought I was going to drop some wieght buy getting rid of that heave Dp but the WG is going to put it right back on. Oh well let me know if you want any of this stuff I can get all of it. Paul

Tony D
Yeah, what is the flex unit in the middle of the bottom photo from? It looks like it would be a direct replacement or would work on the Nissan EuroSpec exhaust manifold. What is it's diameter?
datsunan
The middle one is from a 300 deisel merc, it was not a turbo I don't know why they used it but it went between the intake and the exhaust, it is aboutt 2.5" long and 1" id. Not all of them have it, only about 1/4 of the ones I saw in the yard.
