zcarnut
I have a 280zx 2+2 with a r180 and cv axles.Does anybody know if you can use the same axles on a r200 that originally had u-joint axles? You cannot. Two reasons: The input shaft on the end of the CV that fits into the diff is larger in diameter on the R200 CV axle, and the R180 axles are longer than the R200 ones. johnc
If the shipping wasn't so much, I would like to buy those R180 CVs.
2ManyZs
The shipping on that is a real rip off...... I had a new R180 SX diff shipped from OK to VA for under 75 bucks via FedEx Ground IIRC.
240Z_Master
Hey guys, these are R180 CV axles from a 1st Generation Maxima rebuilt with left side turbo R200 center shafts (basically shortened on both sides).
240Z_Master
I miscalculated, these things are still a little long, going to take them back to the shop to see if they can help me out.
