tannji
WOW! I love the car, and it sound sick.... pure sex. But.... over 700hp, 2800+ pounds, and it does a 10.98 in the 1/4? Something just doesnt seem right. I imagine I will be able to do that in my Z eventually, under 500hp, similar weight, and obviously a fraction of the cost. Perhaps they are geared for top speed, but still, 0 to 60 in 2.9 seconds, would expect a better 1/4...
280zex
I was in the shop that makes the engine for this car. Unfortunatly I was not allowed to take any pix;-( I did get to sit in one though!! damn nice American super car!!
Guest l28et
Seems like a capable performer but its not much to look at. Looks like a kit car.

vashonz
I met one of the guys in charge of it at an auction in NYC last summer. He was pretty excited about them, and had lots of crazy stories about (street) racing lamborginis(sp). He said that when driving these he can walk away from bikes (I mentioned my R1) on the freeway. Scottie-GNZ
Great looking car and love the concept. If that performance is real, then their HP claims are way off. A 0-60 of 2.94 means quick acceleration from rest but a 10.98 wih 138mph means the opposite. Of course, you do not take a car to the drag strip and make a couple of passes and expect to get max performance, so I give them some benefit of the doubt. The MPH shows it makes big HP but overall I would say the performance is about 150-170hp off their claim of 787. Great to hear from you again Larry. Hows the project coming? They have it in Cali and in some pumps in AZ. I don't like the looks, but man, they said windtunnel testing top speed of 273 mph?!?!?
