buZy
Front pinon or m-bar mount maybe. Make sure to check the diff mounting locations for movement. In gerenal the front pinion raises up under load and that maybe the noise you hear.
Mike C
Damaged spider gear cross shaft and/or damaged spider gears as well.
jnjdragracing
Sorry to hear about your half shafts / rear end. We have I think 3 spare R200 rear ends if you are interested in one of them. Let me know and I can ask my brother, since you live in S.C.
OlderThanMe
could be where the bolts from the diff go through the moustache bar. If the nuts on them losen up it sounds like a bad U-joint.
Forrest
Make sure your driveshaft bolts and the halfshaft bolts you just put on are still tight. Check the mustache bar nuts, your diff mount, and look at the strap on top of the diff and make sure it's in the right spot. Hopefully it's something small.
