PanzerAce
Non Z? 1) BMW 2002 with the MB 2.3-16V Cosworth engine with some help in the breathing section. Unfortunatly, the other two 'hybrids' I want aren't cars 2) Lancair IV-P with a turbo LS3 and a four or five blade CSP (depending on final power). More power than the propjet version at full throttle, and way cheaper to maintain and build. 3) S-38 (or anything over it, really) series Schnellboot with modern engines and systems. I do find it funny that my choices go from well under two tons, to over 80 tons...

Daeron
Given that Z-cars are out of the question.... 1. 88 Honda CRX HF with an NA EJ22 driveline, 1800 pounds, AWD, 140 stock NA horsepower. 2. LD28 powered, intercooled, Dual Range 4x4 Late model 620 pickup 3. Subaru XT powered by electric.. AWD, FWD, RWD, whatever. CD of 0.17 ff the factory floor, thats the important bit. If we let Z-cars in, then a BMW V12 swapped S30 is right at the top, an RB powered 1986 300ZX 2 seater would be schWEET, and ANY engine in an S30 that has been chopped and worked into looking like a Datsun Roadster. Or, I guess, an SR powered roadster would be sweet. HEY, that one can go on the top list... aww crap.....

Kevin.pk
Another one I have pondered about........... Mercedes Benz 450 slc... has to be the coupe... with your standard LSx engine.(maybe plus a supercharger. I think the supercharger whine would just suit this car well.)
