COZY Z COLE
So I went to transfer my car insurance to Texas from CA. at a local agent. I told him I wanted full coverage. He looked out the window and saw my car. I told him it was a custom restored 75 280Z. . He said what do you want it insured for value wise. I thought a minute and said $15,000. He said fine we'll send it to the underwriters. Recieved the package yesterday and they OK'd it and the premium is $209 every six months... 280zwitha383
How much was it before?
SSflyer
Same deal here with State Farm. They told me that as long as I have receipts they'll compensate based on that value, not the book value. I was expecting to have to get collector insurance and get raped, but not the case.

zero
you guys are lucky. Here in Jersey I pay about 3k a year for insurance with ZERO collision or theft coverage. Granted, I am 20 but still...
dr_hunt
Look here you stooge, quit telling everyone the secret of successfull living!!! Otherwise every californian will move out this way leaving a black hole on the west coast. Geez, it was bad enough having you out here without you telling everyone all the great benefits! Tim240z
Hey Larry, I drove passed you one day when you were towing your car (with a rented box truck, IIRC). On the I-10 east bound. I waved at you, but you likely just thought I was some nut!
COZY Z COLE
Hey Larry,I drove passed you one day when you were towing your car (with a rented box truck, IIRC). On the I-10 east bound. I waved at you, but you likely just thought I was some nut! Sorry I missed you but was focused on the 30-40 mile stop and go on West bound I-10. How does anyone put up with that S&^#. I love the 2 car traffic at a stop light traffic jams in San Angelo,Tx. LARRY
COZY Z COLE
How much was it before? It was a few hundred more and they would only go to $10,000 on the car and required pictures which San Angelo's agent didn't. LARRY
