woldson
Ok I've searched a bit and can't find this tidbit. On the turbo engine, w/dished pistons, p90a head, will the valves clear if the chain brakes? Or initial setup if timeing is off? Can't remember the term positive/negative impact?
TrumpetRhapsody
Nope, they'll hit so i've read. "Interference Engine" apparently.
woldson
Thanks Trumpet! Frist for the interference and second for the pos and neg "interference" term that I just could not remember!
1 fast z
I personally have never seen a chain break, although have heard of it. Problem with making a motor non interfearence is that you give up detonaiton resistance as well as burn traval rate, etc. Install a good chain, and it will last.
