Sideways
Anyone heard of this company (perfect circle). Looking at a set of their piston rings on ebay and they seem reasonably priced, but i figured id ask and find out if theyre junk first. Anyone have any other recommendations for piston rings while im looking around? Also wanted to point out the same guy selling those rings sells an l28et piston kit: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-Truck-Parts-Accessories__2-8L-NISSAN-28OZ-280ZX-L28ET-SOHC-PISTONS-81-83-JA517_W0QQitemZ140039555407QQadnZCarQ20Q26Q20TruckQ20PartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQadiZ2865QQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p3756.m20.l1116 Anyone have any opinion on these or as before have recommendations for a piston thats reasonably priced? ben280zx
I saw that the other day, I asked him if the piston where forged or cast (it cast). The real question should be who is NAKAMOTO and how good are their product. as for "perfect circle," I've heard of them.
Chaparral2f
Perfect Circle rings have been around forever. They were a good product when I used to use them, though that was quite a while back.
Hyuri
According to the ad he's selling ITM pistons now, not Nakamoto. Which is as a couple of people reported in this thread from last year - same seller, even.
1 fast z
Will they work, yes. Do they produce any more HP, many say not. They say you dont see any HP loss up to .040" of ring gap.
Sideways
Nah not worried about if they produce any more horsepower, i just want to make sure theyre not total junk or have to worry about them falling apart on me.

Careless
find out what the piston ring part number is for what you need, and find the interchange number here: http://mahleclevite.com/publications/IL-PR-06.pdf
