WG383 Posted December 12, 2008 Share Posted December 12, 2008 i paid 750$ last summer for a long nose r200 4:11 from a guy who paid 1100$ for it from JMD, then 2 weeks later i bought a 3:70 LSD from a guy here in the states for 500$ out of a z31 car. i was told the 4:11 LSD was from a skyline but will fit the s30, on the out side they both look the same so i am not sure what the 4:11 is out of? but it is the long nose r200 for sure. anyone have any info on that? I bought 13 r-200 lsd... basically cleaned out a junkyard in japan for 100 each. sold them to a shop in the states for 400 each then i believe in less then a month he had sold them all off for 700 each. It would probably go higher if it was sold on ebay. 4.11 R200s came in 200SXT's, $750 is way high for the 4.11 geared open diff IMO. They aren't THAT rare. WG383 Posted December 12, 2008 Share Posted December 12, 2008 sorry to have been confusing???? the 4:11 r200 i paid 750$ for is an LSD...... but the snubs that came with the rearend are not installed, someone told me one side is shorter than the other? witch one goes on what side if anyone would know please? i have seen a 4:11 open (non LSD) r200 on ebay go for 100 bucks or so.
