Challenger
I believe that car is owned by Vildini Motorsports or a customer. Check there website. I remember there being a thread about the car but I dont remember where to look for it.
mikeith
did a search, checked their site, googled... nothing. i've never liked the zg fenders but i'm about to start building a s30 and i need it to fit some more meat and it looks like thats the only tastefull option... does anyone make em any better... i dont want em any wider i just want em better built, those are all flimsy and cheap feeling
Nelsonian
How about the "subtle z" kit from reactionresearch.com? Offers 1.5" width more at all four corners.
Oddmanout84
Those wheels are Watanabes. Good luck with those! (hope you have $$$$ to burn!)
jdizzy204
the flares and bumpers are the carbon fiber bits from Motorsport auto http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/7BSA02/50-1563 http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/7BSA01/50-1752 http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/7BSA01/50-1753
DeLorean
I'm pretty sure that car is from Vildini or a customer of theirs. Here is a gallery of the car, though it doesn't have the watanabes on it. http://www.vildinimotorsport.com/gallery/shaw240z.html The gallery starts with the car painted orange, but on the second page it is as you posted above. The flares, bumper, and hood are all CF....little much if you ask me, but the car still looks incredible. That tan interior with the black is perfect. EDIT: Found the thread on the car, though there isn't a ton of information on it. Also found a super street magazine article on the car. http://www.superstreetonline.com/featuredvehicles/130_0711_1970_datsun_240z/index.html http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=123371&highlight=shaw Edited March 14, 2009 by DeLorean link
Globerunner513
MSA sells a version of the ZG flares, without the bolt holes, for a smoother look. Personally I like the bolt holes, but if you're after a more smoothed look, that might be an option.
icapture
yea, I cant say there isnt a thing i dont like about that Z other than it not having heaters and air conditioning
Daeron
Once Upon A Time, if you bolted fender flares on like that and didn't mold them in, it meant you were lazy Okay, so I may be exaggerating, but I know I grew up around Zs that either had stock fenders, or molded fiberglass flares. The bolt-on look has never appealed to me. thing is, to do that you pretty much have to get a good body/fiberglass guy, and its not like the guy at the collision center with the local Community College Certification is going to be able to do a good job installing them.
