jknc90
Actually, I change my mind. My dream car would be a 240z after Rauh Welt was done with it (I'd still settle for TechArt though lol)

HS30-H
Porsche 917K all dirty like this ex-Daytona 24 hour winner driven by Rodriguez and Oliver. You might want to take the seat out and jetwash it....... My dad used to take me to see a lot of racing in the late Sixties and early Seventies. We would spend ages in the pits, and sometimes a mechanic would be kind enough to let us look a little closer. At the end of the Le Mans 24hrs in 1970, I was picked up and placed inside the cockpit of a 917 by a team mechanic ( I was only 8 years old ). I remember it smelled very strongly of hot oil, rubber, fuel, sweat and - there's no polite way to put this - piss. And I was sitting in it. I've never forgotten it. Not many 'comfort breaks' in endurance racing. When ya gotta go, ya gotta go.

Savage42
I've driven this original 1970 Plymouth AAR Cuda Factory Trans-Am car at Laguna Seca, Sears Point, Mosport, Daytona and in England at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Driving it was a blast and I was a minority owner at one time, but I own one & have it in my garage in the near future!!

Boy from Oz
I couldn't help but notice a degree of interest in 60s -70s racing cars on this thread. If you are not already familiar with the site below then there is a good chance some USA, UK, Canadian, Oz and Kiwi members will be up very late tonight reading some of the enthalling posts. http://forums.autosport.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=10 Jerry B - If you are so keen on Lotus you missed a chance at a collection sold in Sydney a few months ago. jerryb
Im afraid my personal wealth wont let me play with those toys! But I have often considered making a replica of one. Not exact, just look alike that I could go to the track and play with.
