MONGO510
Hey Guys, I am in the market for a OBD 2/ OBD 1 scanner. I need one that is versatal and will read all trouble codes. What are you Guys using? What would you recommend? I have used Snapon and Mac in the past, but I can't afford them for home use. What do you think? MAG58
I go down to Advance Autoparts and have it read for free. Seems cheaper than the hundreds for a new scanner.
MONGO510
I need one to use for friends cars that I work on at home. I don't mind spending a couple hundred dollars as long as it will give me the info I want. Mongo
280z-racer
the only ones i have experience with and access to are the old style snap-on, the newer snap-on modis, and gm tech2. i know these are well out of your price range but i have to say if you arent trying to reprogram anything the modis kicks ass! Lazeum
I'm using my wideband sensor box for this. I have an Innovate Motorsports LM2. It's a great tool.... expensive thou if you expect to use it only for OBD capabilities
