ruggedbert
Walbro 255 fuel pump 350-400 rwhp SR20DET Going to replace my stock fuel hardlines. for the feed, should I run -6 or -8? Thanks R
DeleriousZ
5/16" can handle up to 400hp. -6 will suit your needs fine. However if you're planning on going more in the future, why not splurge and just get a reducer for the rails.
mark
-6 teflon lined SS line will be more than enough.

ktm
What model year car? As stated 5/16th are fine for any power application, it depends on whether or not your pump can pump the required flow at the pressure necessary for your power goals. Many people are running stock 240z lines and pushing 350 hp; others stock 280z lines at over 400 hp. There was a great thread on this subject not too long ago. The old sizing rules of thumb have more to do with low pressure, high flow carb pumps than EFI setups. I am personally running -6 feed and return without issue. janaka
My fuel system runs at almost 60psi and I'm running -10 supply to pump -8 to FPR -8 to rail and -6 return. This is for my LS1 and am running an aeromotive A1000 pump. I went over kill but I also probably will be swaping to a 400+ci motor while being FI'd.
