PR280z
The title says ``for the 240sx`` Come on Phil we all know were that RB30 should go into.
RS Speed
yo BigPhil, just a heads up. Not sure if you want to retain the VTC of the rb25 head if you do you can use a z32 (6-7 wires need repinning) ecu and nistune which will allow you to keep it, this is the setup im running. The rb20 ecu doesn't activate vtc so that gets lost in the mix. Also if you decide to keep vtc there is some oil mods that need to be done to the rb30 block which is documented somewhere online. big-phil
Congrats Phil! Being that far apart are you gonna slide the Pistions out to at least check the rings? I was just going to slap it all together, then every couple months buy forged pistons, injectors, rods, ecu etc.......then rebuild it as a monster

Is that the turbo ecu and what years? i think I'll do that!!!!
RS Speed
could be turbo or non, manual or automatic. So pretty much any z32 ecu between 90-93... The newer z32's have a slightly different ecu which doesnt work. Here's a good thread on it, requires repinning 8 or so wires on your ecu harness to compensate for the change in firing order, o2 and knock sensors. http://forums.nicoclub.com/rb25-with-z32-ecu-t359056-80.html
