V8ZRACER260Z
Has any one seen these flares? Do they make a kit or hand made. I'm doing this to my Z but if I can buy them that will save some time. If not time to break out the tools! I need the room for the vette rear susp coming soon. http://www.zparts.com/showcase/wczn20/images/00r11f14.jpg http://www.zparts.com/showcase/wczn20/images/00r11f13.jpg
Scottie-GNZ
Rick, that is sweet. That would definitely work for you and eliminate the need to narrow it like I did. Just look at the BS on those wheels and imagine how much room there would be with a deep BS.

jeromio
A picture of that car was posted a few months back. Here's a link to that thread: http://www.hybridz.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=9&t=000455&p=
stony
ok now i dont like it as much seeing it from teh front.... he used the modern widebody approach in the rear then oldschool flared the front fenders... no offense to anyone if this is there car but i think doing the widbody theme on the front would have be way cool. when i say widebody i mean start the front fenders about 12-24 inches into the door as the rear 1/4 did I still love the car just i wouold have done it a littel different something like Blueovalz front would match this car better then its current look still an awesome car though
V8ZRACER260Z
I agree I will not be copying the front of this car. I was interested in the rear flares. I will be doing something similar to Blueoval Z's look in the front, but retaining the stock headlamps. I really like the vented fenders!! On the rear I will do the back similar to the JCR flares with a vent beside the tail lamps.
Owen
Not to be rude but I don't like it very much either. The craftsman ship is great but it makes the Z look much simpler with much more finesse. Like the Ferrari next to it. But my mental image of the Z is more spartan and rough, kinda "built for speed only"-like. I probably would've liked it more if the rocker panel area was wider or at least had some kinda skirt. fl327
i think the kit looks good, but its not my type of hype as well, but then again, im the guy that swapped out a urethane spoiler for the stock front valance, gotta have my chrome too... blueovalz
I'm impressed with the lip. It appears the maker used the OEM Z fender lip when it was created. Lots of work on that.
