  1. If I'm reading this right the entire kit is 71,400 yen.. 743.52 USD???
  2. I put these in when I restored my dash, pics.
  3. How were you able to mount these to the panel?
  4. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PM'd
  5. If it wasn't for Hybrid Z, I would know very little outside the shop manual. But that's the point. This is where the shop manual ends and where innovation starts. This isn't Classic Zcar Club. It's on this website that the most notable and most well known Z cars are documented, and where the rest of us can get access to the knowledge that went into building those cars. Maybe that concept isn't pronounced enough at the forefront.
  6. I've read both as well but it seems more like a liability. They tell you not to use the stock clutch but don't tell you what qualifies as a proper clutch for the application. That way they can't be held liable for anything that happens regardless of what clutch you use. You pretty much have to warn people that they should never use your product under any circumstances these days, people lack tremendous grasp of the obvious.
  7. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I definitely think Z cars that are modified have a much greater interest and value than ones that have been restored back to original condition. Unless it's a scarab or something..
  8. Thought this deserved a heads up to the Hybrid Z community: http://www.ebay.com/itm/100-NOS-Vintage-Nissan-Datsun-Parts-Models-280z-810-ect-Pumps-clutches-/150919402742?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item23237f54f6&vxp=mtr It's not mine. Bought a supercharger though!
  9. If money is the biggest factor I would recommend Ground Control coilovers. They are the least expensive option if you can take the suspension apart yourself and take it somewhere to have the struts cut and the perches welded on. I've never read anything bad about them so that's what I bought. If you want a shop to do all the work I would go with a strictly bolt on set up, provided doing it in your garage isn't an option. As for the Megan Coilovers, I read a couple bad reviews. This is just speculation though.
