There is a different vendor on eBay that sells bump-steer spacers for like 1/2 the price of the TTT ones. Also, make sure you have rack & pinion steering if you're ordering those tie rod ends. I ordered those only to find that I have the reciprocating gear box steering... which uses different tie rod ends . So make sure yours look just like the ones in the auction before you order them. Also, I wouldn't plan on getting the install in one day, little things come up when you're tearing into old parts for the first time. I had to cut away and drill out the old ball joints. Trying to pry them apart with the correct tool only lead to this:

I have front and rear Cusco strut bars ready to be installed on my s130. I have read a lot of discussion (concerning FWD applications) about whether strut bars should be installed with all four tires planted firmly on level ground or with the car jacked up from the frame with no load on the suspension to "pretension" the bars once the car is lowered. What is the consensus on HybridZ about this?

Does anyone make replacement floor pans and frame rails for the ZX? I know Bad Dog Parts makes stuff for s30 cars but I have yet to see anything for s130's.

Look for places that import entire front clips from Japan. It's going to be hard to find a motor never available in the US at a junkyard or on craigslist. Try eBay too, lots of those importers have a storefront there.

I'd definitely be down for something in late July or early August. I don't post much on here but I do read a lot, and it would be great to finally meet some people from this site. I'm preparing my ZX for a trip to AZ in August so a driving a couple hours down to a meet should be no problem. I'll be coming down from 12309, bringing my 280zx. The paintball field sounds great, I have my own gun and gear but haven't had a chance to go in like 2 years.

I've got the same thing going on, lots of pitted, oxidized metal underneath the black, flaking paint. It looks like its just normal paint on top, but even if it wasn't, there's no reason you couldn't paint over it once the metal was cleaned off and primered.

The car looks amazing. I can't wait to see some pics of the whole car once you roll it outside. Bet you're happy to have all the bodywork finally done.

So where are those pics already?

The battery tray and passengers foot well are major rust spots in my car, other than that area mine is free of it.
