    Sorry I was so vague when I posted this thread, I just woke up!Ok lets try this again.The motor has flat top pistons with 1.94/1.50 291 casting camel hump heads.These are 64 cc chambers.They also have mild port work done on them.The cam is a comp magnum 286 duration with 490 lift on 110 lobe centers.

    The car is not together yet but am curious about what kind of timeslips I might expect. Here's what is will have(for now) 355 sbc,10.5 comp ratio,rpm air gap manifold, 750 holley vac sec,roller tip rockers 1.5, 1 5/8 coated block hugger headers,2.5 dual flows,performance hei,k&n filter,electric fan.It will also have an 700r4 or 200r4 with 2000 stall.The ratio will be 3.54 open.

    Go with the 750.That carb will allow you to grow into it so to speak.With the lite car you can give up a few pound feet of torque. This way if you decide to step up to trick heads or more cam you wont have to buy a new carb.

    I am trying to decide on what electric fan I am going to use on my 240.It getting a 10.5 to 1 350 with a 84-86 camaro radiator. What should I use?The black magic 150 or the ford 2 speed?I heard the ford kicks butt but have not seen one in action?

    I am now the proud owner of a clean 1970 240 that I got from my dad for 300 bucks!I picked up a sweet built 350 sbc with a th350/2400 stall to back it up.I have the jtr manuel and the car is ready for the motor!I just wanted to give you a little insight on what I have before my question.What mods need to be made to run 255/45/17 tires on the rear? What rim width do I go and who are some makers to look at?Also what backspacing? Thanks for the help.
