I did call DDS and asked a few question. I asked about the material the parts were made out of and he said heat treated steel. He didn't tell me what kind of steel it was until I asked if it was chromoly then he said yes sir. I asked about the CVs what kind of material and again I got the heat treated steel. I then asked if the race was 300M as mine are he said no sir. They have higher HP numbers then my parts yet my parts are made from stronger material. Joe

Hi Guys, here is some info I think might help. Made by the same manufacture that has been making my other parts. My CV kit for the Z car actually started out as a CV kit for the Datsun 510 with a R200 that was designed to replace the weak parts in the 510. I had it build for the Z car as good axle parts are very hard to find. Keep in mind this is a bolt in kit no modifications needed. If you are using adjustable lower arms and your car is 1 inch wider I can get you axles 1/2 inch wider. I have sold 3 kits for the 510 and 5 for the Z car. I have had no contact with the customers as far as any problems what so ever. As for the CVs they are chromoly with 300M center section. They are not cheap you can buy cheaply made 930 CVs for $40.00 or built right for $220.00 mine are the $220.00 version. The CVs are 28 spline plunging units. Z31 HALF SHAFTS Z 31 half shafts are designed to allow you to install the Z31 CV into your 1970-1978 Z car. They are made out of 4340, heat treated and black zinc coated. Hi I have made a run of 5 sets of the shortened axles. The first set has been dropped shipped and he should see it Monday 2 December. The rest will be in my hands on Wednesday. They are black zinc coated to prevent rusting and are made by the same shop that makes the stub axles and companion flanges. The are $ 350.00 shipped in the US. Thanks Joe
