  2. The curb weight for the manual fwd v6 model is at 3270lbs. The curb weight for a manual tranny vr4 is 3760 lbs. That awdrivetrain and transfer case is what added in extra 500 lbs. The reason the vr4/rt tt was cool was because it was a geek's techno dream. You could adjust the exhaust, aerodynamics, etc, all with touch of buttons. Of course, this resulted in a heavier car with more things prone to breaking.

  4. stealth and 3000gt are identical, they are a DSM product (diamond star motors, joint venture of chrysler and mitsu) like the first and 2nd generation eclipses. Dodge base model is a weak 160hp v6, mitsu 3000gt base had a 220hp v6, both fwd. The vr4 model was awd, aws, with a twin turbo 320hp v6. It weighed in at almost 4000lbs, but could do 13 sec 1/4 mile stock. They're also prone to lots of expensive mechanical failures
  5. I've had a laptop come in that reeked of cat piss. The guy confessed that his cat jumped on it and pissed on it, frying the circuits. I told him he can fix it himself, and I didn't touch that fecal matter
  6. well, sds also doesn't control spark/timing, so I'd have to ditch the crank angle sensor and find a distributor from an FB rx7

  15. Woman On Cell Phone Dies In Car Crash Car Plows Into Cell Phone Store POSTED: 7:50 a.m. EST November 3, 2003 WEST BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- An Abington, Mass., woman, driving and talking on her cell phone, died after her car plowed into a cell phone store in West Bridgewater. Bethaney Lawton, 20, was not wearing a seat belt when her car crashed into a Cingular Wireless building shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday, officer Thomas Richmond said. "She was on a cell phone, talking to a friend," Richmond said. "She told her friend, 'I'm about to get into an accident.' ... The friend heard the crash, the phone went dead." Lawton swerved to avoid a utility pole, crossed into the oncoming lane and crashed into the building, Richmond said. The car was three-fourths into the building, and it took 20 minutes to free her from the wreckage, according to Fire Chief Leonard Hunt. She died while undergoing surgery at Boston Medical Center. Police said Lawton was alone in her car after dropping off a friend in Bridgewater. She was studying to be an EMT at Massasoit Community College. Copyright 2003 by The Associated Press. 16. actually, that's how I was thinking of mounting the 13b block. The mounts are flat tabs with rubber mounts, and sit at the base of hte block. You can see what I mean in the picture. Notice where the flywheel is in relation to the mount
  17. actually, BRAD D on this board sells a sump with an fittings to weld onto the stock 240z gas tank. you holesaw some holes into the bottom of the gas tank, then weld on the sump. This way you get a baffle and a sump with an fittings of your choice
