  1. I have a decent system in my Z. I had a box custom made in the back. I have an S30 260Z. 2 6x9s and a 10" sub. I have the amp underneath the driver seat, and a pioneer headunit. I'll take some pictures this weekend if you intereseted.
  2. Have you changed your spark plugs yet? Try checking your spark plugs and also make sure that you have the correct gap. I also suggest that make sure that your timing is correct. After all this then go to Pepboys and buy the additive for the fuel thats suppose to help you pass smog, I forget the name. Your suppost to fill up full tank and put the additive in, recomend half tank and the additive. I had the same problem with my eclipse after I did all the after market mods it was really hard getting it to pass smog, thats why I sold the peice of junk . Well try those thing first any questions just email me and ask. I'll think of something.
  3. A cars worth is the price someone is willing to pay for it at that particular point in time. I wish you luck trying to find a buyer who is willing to pay what you think your car is worth. I'm not saying its not worth your asking price but for me 15K is a little out of the budget. Then again I think it is a great car. I would trade you my R6 for it but I already got a Z . I wish you luck and I'll let someone I know who is looking for an SR20 Z to look you up.
  4. Those look pretty good. Will you also be making a hood. I know there are already people making the cf hoods. But, the more vendors the better the price. How about giving a cf dash a shot. I would love to purchase one from you if you decide to make one. Ok the line for the cf dash starts with me and does around the hybrid forum , twice. Keep it up man.

    Ask them how hard is it to control the car when you nail it. You have to baby the clutch just to keep the car from breaking traction. I have driven a viper before and belive me the car does not want to be taimed. Especially when driving a car with a light body like 240Z and no traction control. It's not impossible but very difficult. Like I said before I wouldn't mind giveing it a go .

    That is a lot of power. One problem though. I don't think it will ever get all that power to the ground. This good to look at and all but I don't think you will be able to drive the car very hard without breaking the rear tires loose all the time and tweeking the chassis. They will have to do alot of frame reinforcing and suspension work to get that beast going down the road. But, hey I still wouldn't mind having a go at it .
  9. Try the Nissan Sentra SR20DE dipstick. I think thats the same dipstick. Can some confirm this for me . Laterz

    Try asking Alex at Vildini Motorsports. They do plenty of SR20DET swaps in 240Z there. I'm actually trying to get my swap done by them, hopefully sometime in February. Well good luck on th swap.
