  1. 1.) Yes... http://phase2motorsports.stores.yahoo.net/rb25det.html 2.) Most of the rb26dett parts cannot be used on a rb25det as far as I know.
  2. WOW that is awesome, I hope it works out and you finally get your ems!
  3. OK i got back to work on the car today, but didnt get much done. I found the 10mm line nuts that I needed at the local dealership. So I then made the new clutch line from the master directly to the flex line on the slave. Pic... Tomarrow I plan on setting the engine for the final time along with the tranny. Updates will come regularly and more frequently in the next few weeks.
  4. I thought that there was a difference in angle of the mounts, however there is no difference. The z31 engine isloators just have a locating pin on the bottom side of them, making it look like there is a difference. I ground down that tab and it now sits perfectly flush.
  5. Yes, I cut 2 inches out of the original crossmember, lowering the mounts.... new old
  6. Well I have been looking for the 10mm fittings for the slave master for 2 weeks now and I am at my witts end, no auto parts stores carry the ones I need. I have had a parts guru looking with me, to no sucess. But I finished the crossmember and installed the new rack, rack bushings and tie rods. Once I get the fully treaded 10mm line nuts I can final install the rb and get her running. Pics... And the pooch decided its his turn to drive...
  7. From what I have learned about z31's all of the instrument clusters have the same wiring analog=analog digital =digital, makes no difference what engine.
  8. I have a remote filter locater and oil cooler setup on my vehicle. It was made by trust/grex. There arent any part numbers on it, but it is the four line setup like on the first page of threads. I am sure this trust/grex part is easy to locate on rinkya. Pics... If anyone needs more pics, let me know.
  9. You got it, the rad cap is now located on the radiator. With the afco, you would need the mid pipe you are talking about.
  10. They dont exactly bolt up...http://www.redz31.com/pages/brakes.html This is what I sent to my radiator builder. He should have it done in a couple days. It is essentially just like the afco, but with a gm stlye radiator cap. Afco radiato pn# AFC-80107N Overall Width (in): 21.500 in. Overall Height (in): 13.250 in. Overall Thickness (in): 3.000 in. Row Quantity: Dual-row Radiator Finish: Natural Radiator Material: Aluminum Transmission Cooler: No Inlet Location: Upper passenger side Inlet Size: 1 1/4 in. Outlet Location: Lower passenger side Core Height (in): 12.500 in. Outlet Size: 1 1/4 in. Core Thickness (in): 2.500 in. Core Width (in): 18.000 in. 11. Sorry for not updating sooner, I have a lot to do in the next few weeks. well, the crossmember is finished, and I got a slew of new parts. I got the turbo calipers, hubs, rotors, new rack, new tie rods, new rack bushings and a few other things. I will be ordering Jason's poly mounts very soon also. Unfortunately I wont be able to use the tranny mount that he makes. I also made an interesting discovery about the shortage of turbo calipers. The 1995 infinity J30 calipers and mounts will bolt up and have larger pistons by 1/4" each. Well here are some pics.
  12. Same place, http://proudear.shop-pro.jp/?pid=707937 Here is a link to the things they sell for the Z31... http://proudear.shop-pro.jp/?mode=cate&cbid=22124&csid=1... and a translator... http://babelfish.altavista.com/.
  13. Yea, I did get the parts car, However I have been out of the country and will be back on monday. I also decided to re-build the car and do a comparison VG vs RB, debating all aspects of build up, driveability, price comparison and fun. You can have my old front hubs that are five lug off of my 88 however. I think there are a few z31's in the junkyards around here that I can source rear hubs. LMK
  14. I will be making the power steering hoses very soon. Let me know if you need a set. Same for you Dramier. Dramier, what throttle cable did you use? I noticed that mine is a little short, but will work. I just think there is a better routing with less kinks possible.
  15. Here is a couple pics of the modified crossmember. Right now it is just tacked together, tomarrow I should have it done.
  16. Great swap you have going on, I definately wanna see this thing more often. More UPDATES!
  17. Sorry it has been so long for an update but I have been very busy with the house weddings and wiring. So I got rid of the greddy fmic for a brand new treadstone/spearco fmic. The main reason for getting rid of the greddy is because it was used, and I sold it for way more that I paid for it. Next I swapped the auto pedals for a clutch and small brake pedal. This took all together like 20 minutes, very easy to change over. I am on final mock up and am removing the engine tranny tomarrow to do all of the final welding. Then I put her all together and start the power steering mock up and remote oil filter and cooler. I will be sending the car out then for the FMIC piping and then she should be running. Pics Updates should be coming more often now, Likely every weekend.
  18. For injectors you could go RX7, or mercedes. You can use rx7 injectors, they are o ring but with a clamp they will be fine. http://www.redz31.com/pages/fuel/fuel.injectors.html
  19. I have a carbon fiber hood, however I have a different one. This is the one I have. http://proudear.shop-pro.jp/?pid=796780. I have not been able to install it yet, but it seems to be very high quality. I also have the cf fenders and a few other cf parts. I know of a company locally that will duplicate my hood, but is more costly that buying it form japan and having it shipped.
  20. I would suggest not going with a manual transmission, if you are planning on dragging the car. Your trap and et will suffer. An automatic will give much more consistent runs. You may want to talk to 88hybrid, he had some custom fuel rails made for his buildup. http://www.88hybrid.com/, he should be running around 450-500whp or so.
  21. I guess there is 2 so far, Congrats on the swap! Is anyone going to SEZ this year? I will try my best to go.
  22. Are you talking about the place where the oil temperature sensor goes? I just simply ran a oil temperature sensor, they are really cheap and good insurance. It is the same part number as the Z31's oil temp sensor.
  23. I can take some pics of them when I have them finished, But as of right now Here is what I have... http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=109458. Or here, This is the revised version. Please view the write up first, it will explain everything.
  24. You could fit the skyline rack(same mounting brackets), I am not too sure if the s13 rack has the same mount brackets. The dash I have no idea on, but with enough money everything is possible. On the IC I ended up going with a front mount spearco, I traded my s13 greddy fmic, and bought a brand new one.
  25. Are you trying to make a factory looking 200zr? the factory tmic is very prone to heatsoak and is not that efficient either. There was a 200zr for sale in NJ a little while back. He is on other Z forums but I dont think he is on here.
