  1. So im planning on taking my gas tank in to a local radiator shop to get it acid dipped. they say its about $70. Is it worth it? or should i think of getting an aftermarket tank? had to drop the tank anyway, so figured i might as well get it cleaned.
  2. haha....im in the same boat. just finishing up with 150 grit. i'm just putting a little corner of the paper in and playin with that for a bit until i feel like i accomplished something.
  3. haha, not just any camo job... a ghillie suit job!!
  4. thanks for putting the show up!! anyway i just watched it. Really is too bad we lost it. But it looked like to me, they didn't really have an option to give back the bottle....crowd screaming, them screaming.... anyway, just wanna let everyone who was there know that atleast you guys still kept your honor/integrity through all that unlike the other team... lol i still can't believe that they thought you were sandbagging the WHOLE TIME!! i mean...overheating car, low boost(?), get real.. Great racing Garrett btw. EDIT: im really glad you guys got the PINKS advisor that you did....that guy, although he doesn't look too old, really knows his stuff, and seems like he's got great integrity.
  5. well, i was glad to see italy take it. Although it was a crazy close game....just kinda think they deserved it more. especially after that zidane thing. Really a shame, cause im sure he's gonna regret that for ever.
  6. lol +1 for hoping for the best. I'd really like to weld in some steel tubing behind it...but since i don't have a welder, and don't know how to weld....thats a project for another time.
  7. Holy crap...thats insane! i figured an engine of that size would only be on some heavy transport...not some dinky seaplane that probably weighs less than the engine itself!!
  8. make sure you guys notice the counter-rotating propeller (cut off). not too common, but i can't think of any planes that have it.... and i know planes haha
  9. yea....i think there would still be a way for that to look cool. i love the flames and having the US flag is cool too...
  10. hmmm...looks like 2 merlin V-12's Has to be from a big transport of some kind. don't think the C-130 has dual props... i'll keep searching around...
  11. either off of the old C-130's or possibly from the spruce goose....
  12. cool look, but a burning US flag on your ride might not be the best of ideas....
  13. oh wow...i got hurt just watching that second one. Nice trick...but i think it needs a little practice
  14. oh, it is isn't it? haha...well there ya go
  15. well, yea i guess i'll agree its a lot of luck. lol who knows...maybe its the "Stig" driving from top-gear haha (always listens to classical music when he drives)
