OK, John @ CCW will be calling me back (since he wasn't avail at the moment when I called to place order) and Chip said John would do the order and specs. I will just leave it up to his judgement after telling him what I have setup wise, and what look I'm after. Should I go for 11's rear and 9's front? Are good Z rated tires avail in those sizes (17x10.5, 17x11 and 17x9?) I have been reading thru the archives, but if you don't understand B.S. and offset, it s hard for me to make the call.... and for 2 grand, I'd rather ask even though it may be noted somewhere down deep in the archives.. thanks a whole bunch j.

So if I went with 4.5 front and 5 rear, they would set under fender farther?

I just hung up with Chip @ CCW wheel and I got the order started with a pliminary size. I need some hard numbers to tell them what I want as far as offset/backspace.... I will order 17x10.5 rear and 17x9 front, but I don't know what to tell them to make the offset/backspace. Can anyone that knows for sure help me out here so I can call them back with that info? I will be using the MSA ZG flares, and I already have coilovers... What OS and BS do I need please????? oh, and asap if possible.. thanks again for all you guys help!! j.

if you had the cash, and were looking for wheels? I'm going with the same spec (size/offset) as ON3GO has except I want black centers. If you were fixin to spend the $2,100 they want for those wheels, is that what you'd choose if you had my Z? I also will have the CF ZG flares, and a CF rear bre style spoiler. The front Kanimari air dam will be matt black.... will this look ok or would another style wheel go beter with my set up?? If I could find a CF top hood, that used the oem hinges, I'd buy that to... Just asking for opinions.... good or bad... thanks j.

I paid $315 delivered for the pair, so I think I did good. It should keep me from worring about burning the paint off my hood now, even though I had all the hot parts JetHot coated....

Anyone know of a way to get a discount from MSA? I just ordered a set of CF ZG flares and a CF Bre rear spoiler that came out to $579 + $35 ship. I'd like to chip off a few bucks if possible. thanks

If thats the actual pic of the serial number area on the block, you can see that it has a metal head gasket...

I don't know why, but something tells me that isn't correct .... Never heard of that before. Also, I'd be a bit leary of what happens when you have to let off the gas in a hurry and brake...

I think this guys Z has some fat lips... He's a member here, maybe he will chime in with some more pics of this and another blue Z he has thats just as badass...
